Ichthus announces its first-ever Community Night, featuring Matthew West, The Newsboys and Tobymac, on Wednesday, June 16 at the Ichthus Farm in Wilmore, Kentucky.
The concert event will kick off the 2010 Ichthus Music Festival, but it's especially designed for those who live in Central Kentucky.
Single tickets for the Community Night are $10 in advance and $20 at the gate. However, the Community night concert is also included in the price of a full festival ticket.
The night will also feature nationally known speaker Bob Lenz.
Typically, Ichthus starts on Thursday and ends on Saturday night. But this year, the festival will open with the community night on Wednesday night.
“We found out that fewer people were attending the festival from the counties immediately surrounding Wilmore,” Ichthus CEO Mark Vermilion said, “so, we created a night especially for them—with a price that everyone can afford!"
